Diligent Launches First Single-Source Partner Program Integrating Solutions Across Governance, Risk, Compliance, Audit and ESG

The program allows partners to build their GRC and ESG practices in response to the growing demand for connected insights across organizations

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Diligent, the global leader in modern governance providing SaaS solutions across governance, risk, compliance, audit and ESG, today announced the launch of the Diligent Partner Program. The program is the first to offer partners a single source to meet all their governance, risk and compliance (GRC) and environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) needs as they pursue these fast growing markets. Through the program, partners can build their GRC and ESG practices by referring and reselling, deploying, customizing, and integrating Diligent’s comprehensive suite of solutions.

“We’re extremely excited to offer our partners access to our entire portfolio of solutions, along with the resources, investment and incentives to grow their capabilities at scale,” said Ricardo Moreno, SVP of Worldwide Partnerships at Diligent. “The program also allows Diligent to better serve our customers in existing markets, and offers new distribution points for customers to meet their GRC and ESG needs through Diligent offerings supported by a network of highly skilled and experienced partners in their locale.”

The new program, announced at Diligent’s 2022 Modern Governance Summit, allows partners to respond to the increasing demand for solutions that connect insights from risk, compliance and audit teams to business leaders, adding value for their clients and allowing them to capture new revenue streams. Partners benefit from Diligent’s software, market leadership, large customer base and high retention, and are supported by comprehensive enablement, go-to-market and services delivery support, customer success training as well as profiting from referral and resale opportunities.

“As the market continues to demand transparency, senior executives rely on a complete picture of data across their organizations to facilitate stronger governance,” said Mohit Joshi, President of Infosys. “We chose to team with Diligent for their expertise in helping our clients stay ahead of risks and leverage opportunities such as ESG.”

“We have had significant success partnering with Diligent to service the technology needs of the public sector,” said Jay Colavita, Founder and President of Vertosoft. “We are excited by Diligent’s strong commitment to engage the channel as demonstrated by its significant investment in the new Diligent Partner Program. The program will accelerate our ability to drive growth and profitability as we deliver modern governance solutions to the government market.”
