JeAnna Parker Joins Andersen as a Managing Director in Dallas

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Andersen announces the addition of Managing Director JeAnna Parker to the Commercial practice in Dallas. JeAnna joins Andersen with more than 28 years of public accounting experience providing tax consulting and compliance services to multinational companies.

Prior to joining Andersen, JeAnna was a Tax Partner with PwC for 18 years. She has extensive experience in both the federal and international aspects of accounting for income taxes (ASC 740), including both acquisition and disposition tax accounting. JeAnna’s experience has also centered around helping companies with their global compliance needs and process, and assisting companies with worldwide structuring, cross border financing, planning for mergers and acquisitions and federal and state tax opportunities.

JeAnna received her Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters in Professional Accounting (MPA) from the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business.
