Condor Hospitality Trust, Inc. Announces Winding Up Conclusion

BATTLE CREEK, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Condor Hospitality Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) today announced that it has made provision for the settlement of all claims and liabilities and payment of the final liquidation dividend and that its dissolution articles have been filed with the State of Maryland.

The Company has engaged in a shareholder-approved plan of liquidation and winding up in connection with the Company’s prior sale of all of its hotel operating assets. In accordance with the plan of liquidation, the Company previously paid a special dividend liquidation distribution of $7.94 per share of common stock to its shareholders on December 30, 2021. The final liquidation dividend of approximately $0.12 per share of common stock will be distributed on September 2, 2022 to shareholders of record as of August 29, 2022.
