Before joining the industry, Motherway served on active duty as a U.S. naval officer for over two decades. Her diverse experience spans combat operations in the Middle East, acquisition oversight for U.S. government satellite and special communications, and legislative affairs director for the Defense Intelligence Agency.
David Casey, Chief Inclusion and Social Impact Officer at Tapestry, Inc., also joined Orion’s Board this year. Formerly Senior Vice President, Workforce Strategies and Chief Diversity Officer at CVS Health, Casey also served on the board of the American Lung Association and as an appointee to U.S. Secretary of Labor’s Advisory Council on Apprenticeship.
