The Standard Wins National Association of Plan Advisors Inaugural Advisors’ Choice Awards

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Standard has been recognized as a top-five recordkeeper in multiple categories according to the National Association of Plan Advisors or NAPA inaugural Advisors’ Choice awards. The inaugural awards allow committed retirement plan advisors to acknowledge best-in-class recordkeepers in a dozen different categories within the target markets they serve. Advisors were asked to vote only on the services in their target markets – and to evaluate the services on a 5-point scale, ranging from “world class” to “functional” to “needs work.”

The Standard was recognized as a top-five provider across three markets in multiple categories:

  • In the Mid-Market Category ($10 million to $100 million in assets), The Standard was recognized for Regulatory Support.
  • In the Small Plan Category ($1 million to $10 million in assets), The Standard was honored for its Mobile App, Regulatory Support and Staff Credentials.
  • The Standard also shined in the Micro Market Category (Less than $1 million in assets), recognized for its Calculator, Mobile App, Regulatory Support and Staff Credentials.

“The Standard is proud to be held in such high esteem by the industry professionals we work with each day,” said A.J. Ijaz, vice president of the Asset Management Group at The Standard. “To be recognized by the industry in these important categories takes teamwork and a passionate commitment to The Standard’s values and service culture.”

Also recognized as 2022 NAPA’s Advisor Allies are two Retirement Plan Consultants at The Standard, Brad Weber and Seth Marsters. Marsters was honored for the fourth consecutive year and landed among the Top 10 of the 2022 Top DC Wholesalers for the second time.
