Edifecs Expands Leadership Bench, Fuels Services and Sales Innovation

On the heels of a strong 2021, new executives ignite next phase of Edifecs’ professional services offerings and customer growth

BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Edifecs, Inc., a global health information technology solutions company, adds four new executives to its leadership team amid strong company growth over the last year. New hires include Raymond Bonnett, vice president professional services; Mark Filiault, vice president payer sales; Paul “Chip” Acton, vice president solution consulting; Brian Hanley, vice president public sector sales.

Raymond Bonnett, Edifecs’ new vice president professional services, brings more than 25 years of leadership experience working with global healthcare software providers including Cerner, Siemens and Allscripts. Prior to joining Edifecs, he served as vice president, professionals services with NextGen Healthcare, a provider of innovative, cloud-based healthcare technology solutions, where he and his team drove adoption of EMR solutions throughout the ambulatory healthcare market. He has experience developing and improving technology and operational infrastructures to help organizations build profitable and scalable businesses.

Mark Filiault, vice president payer sales, joins Edifecs with over 20 years of business development and sales experience in the healthcare industry primarily working with payers and providers. Mark has led sales efforts with a variety of organizations, such as Altegra Health and Change Healthcare where he built and led sales teams. Most recently, he served as the vice president of sales at Diagnostics Robotics, an Israeli based start-up which delivers artificial intelligence solutions for healthcare organizations.

Paul “Chip” Acton, vice president solution consulting, is a creative visionary with decades of experience delivering healthcare technology solutions that drive measurable impact. A career-long healthcare industry strategist, he joins Edifecs from Zipari, a consumer experience platform, and Cognizant/TriZetto Corporation where he contributed more than 20 years to the organization’s sales engines, including product roadmaps, thought leadership and its strategic approach to reaching Medicare, Medicaid, commercial and state health plan C-suite and decision makers.

Brian Hanley, vice president public sector sales, brings 15 years of program delivery and business development experience. Throughout his career, he has helped companies develop digital services, and leverage technology in response to the most urgent challenges facing government health and economic programs. Prior to joining Edifecs, he was the vice president of business development at Nava, a digital services company, where he led all growth activities including helping Nava expand to new federal agencies, develop a state portfolio, and support new government programs including paid family and medical leave and unemployment insurance.

These executives further bolster Edifecs’ leadership team after another momentous year of growth and milestones. 2021 marked the company’s 25th anniversary and the acquisitions of Health Fidelity and Talix. These are the first acquisitions in Edifecs’ history.
