Gastro Care Partners Names Brooks Marshall Senior Vice President of Business Development

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Gastro Care Partners ("GCP"), the largest provider of gastroenterology and ancillary patient treatment services in Colorado and Wyoming, today announced that Brooks Marshall has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Business Development.

In this role, Mr. Marshall will lead GCP’s partnerships with practices and physicians seeking to grow through investment in facilities, joint ventures and partnerships, as well as physician recruitment and support. Mr. Marshall spent the last sixteen years working in healthcare, helping advise physicians and veterinarians on selling their practices through joint ventures, acquisitions, partnerships and other transactions. Most recently, he was Chief Development Officer at SAGE Veterinary Centers where he led the completion of its five-year growth plan in under three years. He also helped lead the company through a recapitalization and, ultimately, a successful sale process.

“GCP is proud to have established itself as the leading partner for high-quality, patient-focused gastroenterology practices across the Western U.S.,” said Jeff Rinkov, CEO of GCP. “Brooks’ background and expertise make him an invaluable addition to our company as we further that mission.”

“GCP has distinguished itself through its focus on driving success for its practices while fostering the unique identities that made them successful to begin with,” added Mr. Marshall. “I am thrilled to join the team to continue building on the firm’s track record of true, collaborative partnerships.”

GCP is backed by Varsity Healthcare Partners (“VHP”), a leading healthcare services private equity investment firm.
