TALLAHASSEE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--An oceanfront home in Crawfordville, Florida, a lakefront home site in Tallahassee, former specialty hospitals in Oklahoma and Kansas, and other properties are being sold in an auction conducted by Tallahassee-based Seven Hills Auctions.

The online auction, for which bidding is already under way, also includes real estate in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

“This auction includes real estate being sold by super regional banks, private equity groups and other highly motivated sellers. It may well be the best group we’ve ever offered in one auction,” said Buddy Lee, president of Seven Hills.

The specialty hospitals in Wichita, Kansas, and Edmond, Oklahoma, were previously used as long term acute care facilities. “These facilities are suitable for numerous uses, including health care, rehabilitation or education,” said Lee.

The waterfront home in Crawfordville features a crow’s nest and widow’s walk combination with a 360-degree view of Apalachee Bay, Walkers Creek and the St. Mark’s Lighthouse, as well as a floating dock and static dock.
