Enter the Battle for the Kingdom of Nine Realms at Springbok Casino

JOHANNESBURG--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Players at Springbok Casino are being taken to an ancient kingdom where they must pick up their weapons and defeat fierce enemies if they are to take control of the Shield of Swords and the riches and big wins that come with it.

Nine Realms is the latest slot to launch at South Africa’s favourite online casino and comes charged with explosive features such as Free Spins, the Mystical Zone, the Gatekeeper Portal and more.

During the base game, the Mystical Zone consists of all positions on reel three. During Free Games, it consists of the three middle positions on reels three, four and five.

When one of four terrifying Warriors stacks in the Mystical Zone, the feature is triggered. At that moment, all other Warrior symbols on the gameboard morph into the triggering Warrior and the game pays based on the total number of these symbols across the reels.

As players advance on their quest, they will want to keep their eyes peeled for the Gatekeeper Portal – a wall of symbols that can appear at random both during the base game and in the Free Spins but only on a non-winning spin.

During the base game, the Gatekeeper Portal is 3x2 or 5x2 but during Free Spins, it is 4x2, 5x2 or 5x3. The Portal is made up of Helmet symbols and appears in random locations on the gameboard. It then morphs from Helmet symbols to Warrior symbols in the blink of an eye.

Free Spins are triggered when three Scatter symbols appear simultaneously on reels three, four and five, with seven Free Games awarded. While Free Spins are active, the gameboard grows from 5x3 to 7x5, giving players 78,125 ways to win.
