Q2 ’22 marks another successive quarter of aggressive international growth

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Keller Williams (KW), the world's largest real estate franchise by agent count, is expanding across South America. Amid strong international momentum, KW has awarded a new master franchise in Bolivia.

• As of June 30, agent count outside the U.S. and Canada was 16,304, up 21.8% from Q2 ’21.
• Agents closed 19.9 thousand transactions in Q2 ’22, up 31.6% over Q2 ’21.
• Agents closed $4.0 billion in sales volume, up 39.3% from Q2 ’21.
• Agents took 29.1 thousand new listings (new market inventory), up 3.1% over Q2 ’21.
• Agents wrote 23.1 thousand contracts (projected closings), up 33.6% over Q2 ’21.
• Contracts written volume was $3.4 billion, up 33.4% over Q2 ’21.

Led by Regional Operating Principal Carlos Andres Cordova, the KW franchise in Bolivia is currently initializing operations. In Q3 ’22, KW Bolivia is expected to open its first market center.
