Ryder Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend

Company Pays Dividend for 184th Consecutive Quarter

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Ryder System, Inc. (NYSE: R), a leader in supply chain, dedicated transportation, and fleet management solutions, yesterday declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.62 per share of common stock to be paid on September 16, 2022 to shareholders of record on August 22, 2022. This dividend reflects an increase of $0.04 from the $0.58 cash dividend that Ryder had been paying since July 2021.

This is Ryder’s 184th consecutive quarterly cash dividend – marking more than 46 years of uninterrupted dividend payments.
