Entera Welcomes Ex-Amazon and Now Senior Vice President of Real Estate Brokerage Services, Dozie Okeleke

NEW YORK & HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Entera, the leading platform for single-family real estate investors, announced today the appointment of Dozie Okeleke as SVP, Real Estate Brokerage Services to Entera’s executive leadership team. In his role, Okeleke will be responsible for all aspects of growing and scaling Entera’s Brokerage Services organization to cement and extend Entera’s industry leadership. Okeleke is a proven operator with expertise in programmatic product, sales operations, logistics and process development aimed at increasing operational efficiency and scaling capacity across Retail, eCommerce, and Tech industries.

Dozie joins Entera after having held several noteworthy roles at Amazon, most recently as the Global Head of Delivery Operations at AWS where he led teams across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia to deliver a best-in-class training delivery experience for AWS Customers & Partners. Prior to this role, he was an early member of Amazon’s Last Mile organization where he was instrumental in scaling new programs for a revamped delivery service model, and was a key member of the team that made same-day delivery possible within the logistics network - a product service that remains one of biggest differentiators for Amazon versus other retailers today. Before Amazon, Okeleke was an operational leader at Unilever focused on delivering best-in-class customer enablement to drive outside sales growth. He has a background in Process and Systems Engineering and received his M.B.A. from INSEAD Business School in partnership with the Wharton School.
