Fenix24 Expands Leadership of Disaster Recovery Service

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ransomware actors are constantly evolving their tactics, encryption methods and blackmailing strategies. With the threat level rising, Fenix24 has added two battle-tested leaders to the front line of its disaster recovery and restoration service.

The company announced the hiring of Joseph Schneiders as Technical Captain and Filip Pantovich as Cell Major to enhance its industry-leading service.

Schneiders joins Fenix24 from Keno Kozie Associates, where he was an engineering manager for more than 15 years. In his new role, he will lead three “cells” of five people, working with Cell Majors to respond to ransomware events. He will manage customer relationships, forensics partnerships, and provide executive leadership.

Pantovich spent the last 20 years with the United States Air Force, serving most recently as a lead architect and branch supervisor, directing a 21-person team at the Pentagon. As a Cell Major, he will lead a team that responds to ransomware events quickly, fully restoring data and systems.
