CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Continental Materials Corporation (CMC), owner and operator of a portfolio of North American manufacturing businesses, today announces a company-wide rebranding. The culmination of the rebranding process is a new visual identity, including a new logo, and a legal name change to Riverbend Industries, effective immediately.

Operating continuously since 1954, Continental Materials Corporation began as a uranium and aggregate mining company. In 2018, after acquiring HVAC and building materials businesses, it exited the mining segment. Now, as the privately-held Riverbend Industries, the company renews its commitment to revitalizing North American manufacturing through its long-term holdings of small- to mid-market manufacturing businesses.
