D.A. Davidson Bolsters Its Diversified Industrials Group with New Hire Amar Singh, Director

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--D.A. Davidson & Co. is pleased to announce that Amar Singh has joined as a Director in the Diversified Industrials Investment Banking Group in the Atlanta office. His primary focus will be on the Commercial and Residential Services sector, which includes business process outsourcing, human capital management, facilities services, residential services, security services, staffing, and other outsourced services. In addition, he will assist the team with expanding our broader services coverage efforts.

Amar has more than 10 years of experience advising clients on buy-side, sell-side, corporate carve-outs, growth capital raises, and financing transactions with an aggregate value of over $10 billion. “For the greater part of the past decade, I have been focused on building strong relationships with decision-makers at leading strategic and financial firms to provide clients with a variety of strategies globally,” commented Amar Singh, Director at D.A.
