Relation Insurance Services Acquires the Assets of Bohannon Insurance Group

Transaction adds to Relation’s presence in California and further expands Relation’s offerings in the west

WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Relation Insurance Services (“Relation”), one of the largest and fastest-growing national insurance agencies, announced today it acquired the assets of California-based Bohannon Insurance Group (“Bohannon”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Bohannon specializes in Medicare plans and health and group medical insurance, and is based in Modesto, CA. Bohannon will join Relation’s West Region and Debbie Pope and Rick Fairbanks will continue to lead Bohannon under Relation.
