McFarland brings more than 25 years of experience in executive leadership to his role as COO, including significant roles in global public and private companies. Previously, McFarland also served as senior vice president and CCO for Black Box Network Services, vice president of customer care at Packet Design, and vice president of technical support at CA Technologies.
