Relode Appoints Peter Clare as Chief Executive Officer

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Relode, LLC, a leading technology platform focused on transforming how companies engage and hire the best talent, today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has appointed HR Technology veteran Peter Clare as Chief Executive Officer. He will assume day-to-day leadership of the Company and will join Relode’s Board of Directors. Matthew Tant, Relode’s co-founder, has stepped down from his role as Chief Executive Officer after 7 years and will remain on the Board of Directors.

Clare, a 20+ year human capital technology veteran, most recently served as President of Jobvite. In his role, he oversaw all aspects of company health, growth, and driving exceptional customer experiences. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in human capital management and specializes in building collaborative teams that execute business strategy and growing companies at scale to impact society.

Clare has unique experience in managing companies to deliver for customers in the Fortune 500, including global banks, large healthcare organizations, and technology companies. In addition to his vast experience in product management, services, account management and sales, Mr. Clare served previously as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Talemetry, a leader and pioneer in marketing-focused recruitment software.
