MeridianLink’s TazWorks™ Introduces Technology Partnership with UKG

COSTA MESA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MeridianLink, Inc.® (NYSE: MLNK) today announced that TazWorks™, its leading technology platform for independent background screening professionals, introduced a new technology partnership with UKG, a leading provider of HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions for all people. UKG provides one of the largest and most collaborative partner ecosystems in the human capital management (HCM) industry focused on creating better employee experiences for all people and improving business outcomes.

With this collaboration, organizations can access the capabilities of UKG HR solutions from within the TazWorks platform to increase efficiency and simplify compliance processes. TazWorks clients can now integrate with this best-in-class HRIS software for the benefit of their clients. In addition to providing added value for current clients, the new partnership between TazWorks and UKG enables Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs) on the TazWorks platform to partner with UKG to provide background screening services via the UKG Marketplace. CRAs interested in learning more should contact the TazWorks Integration Support team.

“Working with UKG adds another benefit for our clients by having both the UKG Ready and UKG Pro integrations available within the TazWorks platform,” said Wesley Zauner, vice president of product for MeridianLink. “Through this partnership, our clients can now take full advantage of the potential that UKG offers to their customers. This is a very exciting time for MeridianLink and our network of CRAs.”

UKG solutions are developed with the UKG Life-work Technology™ approach to solution design. Life-work Technology has two components: people systems that inspire the workforce by enabling autonomy and flexibility, and connecting people to their colleagues and roles with purpose; and work systems to help businesses thrive by driving higher productivity, optimizing teamwork, and providing more opportunity for people to support each other and their communities.

“At UKG, we strive to create lifelong partnerships with our customers by helping them create modern, meaningful people experiences to drive better business outcomes and anticipate employee needs beyond just work,” said Mike May, vice president of technology partnerships at UKG. “By cultivating a highly engaged ecosystem of technology partners, including MeridianLink’s TazWorks, we’re able to help create a more seamless and empowering technology experience.”
