OpenFive has played an instrumental role in supporting various chiplet interconnects based on Open High Bandwidth Interface (OHBI) and (Bunch-of-Wire) BoW, through the Open Domain Specific Architecture (ODSA) chapter under the Open Compute Project (OCP).
