MIAMI & QUITO, Ecuador--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EdgeUno and New Access S.A. today announced the execution of an agreement under which EdgeUno will acquire all the assets and shares of New Access and its operation in Ecuador. Upon closing of the definitive agreements, and required approvals from relevant authorities, the acquisition will enable EdgeUno to expand the products and services it already provides further into Ecuador and leverage the Enterprise market products and expertise that New Access has into the rest of Latin America.
