(“Qurate Retail”) (Nasdaq: QRTEA, QRTEB, QRTEP) will be holding an Investor Event on Monday, June 27, 2022 with Chief Executive Officer, David Rawlinson, presenting beginning at 9:30 am E.T. The Investor Event will be held virtually and registration information is available both on the Qurate Retail website and at https://meetingtomorrow.com/webcast/QurateInvestorEventJune2022. During the presentation, observations may be made regarding the company’s financial performance and outlook, as well as other forward looking matters.
