Amundi US Announces Annual Shareholder Meeting Date for Pioneer Closed-End Funds

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Amundi US today announced that the annual shareholder meeting for each of the six Pioneer closed-end funds listed below will be held at the offices of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, One Federal Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02110, on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.

  • Pioneer Diversified High Income Fund, Inc. (NYSEAMER: HNW)
  • Pioneer Floating Rate Fund, Inc. (NYSE: PHD)
  • Pioneer High Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: PHT)
  • Pioneer Municipal High Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: MHI)
  • Pioneer Municipal High Income Advantage Fund, Inc. (NYSE: MAV)
  • Pioneer Municipal High Income Opportunities Fund, Inc. (NYSE: MIO)

At the annual meetings, shareholders of the funds will be asked to elect Directors of the funds. Further information regarding the proposals will be included in the funds’ proxy materials for the 2022 annual shareholder meetings.
