24 Hour Home Care Acquires Deeply Rooted Home Care Organization Trusted Life Care

24 Hour Home Care focuses in on Long Beach County

EL SEGUNDO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--24 Hour Home Care, an award-winning non-medical in-home care provider, announced it acquired Trusted Life Care, a home care agency that provides personal care for seniors in the Orange and Los Angeles counties. The move to acquire Trusted Life Care originated from a strong referral partnership between both companies. This acquisition supports 24 Hour Home Care’s continued efforts to strengthen its relationships and reach within its currently serviced markets and opens new growth opportunities. The deal was made effective May 9th, 2022.

Co-founders and life-long friends Leslie Davis and Lisa Hain created Trusted Life Care directly from supporting each other through the ups and downs of life, including caring for their aging parents. With Leslie’s clinical background and Lisa’s business expertise, their passion for creating a business of people helping people led to 8 successful years of employing caregivers and supporting seniors.

“When we made the decision to hand over the keys, we knew it had to be to a company that shared a similar vision and values centered around quality of care for our clients,” said Co-founder Leslie Davis. “Our long-standing relationship with 24 Hour Home Care made it an easy choice and gave us confidence that our beloved caregivers and clients will remain in good hands.”

24 Hour Home Care will increase its client census by over 16% in the Long Beach and South Bay communities through this acquisition. Clients will continue to receive high-quality care during this transition and Trusted Life Caregivers will be offered health and supplemental benefits and more access to employment opportunities. In turn, providing better matches for future clients with a geographical focus in Long Beach, an area 24 Hour Home Care has not previously been rooted in.

“Since 2019, Trusted Life Care has been a great partner who has provided an impressive quality of care which is evident in their clients’ long length of stay. Their passion for care as an employer complements our People-First employer strategy,” said Andrew Matthews, Vice President of Business Development. “Through acquiring Trusted Life Care, we continue to support clients and caregivers within the wider Los Angeles community and are poised for more growth opportunities.”
