AtomicJar Welcomes Eli Aleyner to the Founding Team

Leader in integration testing across the software development lifecycle adds cloud veteran and former VMware strategic alliances executive to leadership team, bringing deep expertise in cloud product and business development

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AtomicJar, a company on a mission to make integration testing easier for developers across the software development lifecycle, today announced cloud strategy and business development leader Eli Aleyner is joining the company as co-founder. Aleyner brings more than 15 years of industry experience to AtomicJar, and will lead the company’s business development, product and commercialization strategy in the growing and increasingly dynamic cloud native market.

“Eli is a proven business development and operations leader, and brings extensive industry insight to our team,” said Sergei Egorov, co-founder and CEO of AtomicJar. “Our work together at Pivotal showed me how much strategy and knowledge he brings to building product-based strategic alliances. As AtomicJar continues to partner with the larger cloud community, Eli’s industry knowledge and experience at some of the largest public cloud companies in the industry will be invaluable.”

Aleyner joins from VMware where he led the Product and Architecture team responsible for VMware Tanzu's Public Clouds and Operating Systems strategy. His team was tasked with ensuring the cloud part of VMware's Tanzu multi-cloud strategy was successful. Prior to VMware, Aleyner was GM of Cloud Products and Global Strategic Alliances at Pivotal where he was responsible for a cross-functional team including product, engineering, sales, legal, go-to-market strategy, marketing and public relations delivery between Pivotal and their strategic partners in the cloud ecosystem. Additional experience includes founding several startup projects within enterprises, and securing a position as one of the first 50 Engineers at AWS, working as a core team member on AWS S3 and Mechanical Turk.

“Making integration testing easier during the development flow enables developers to be drastically more efficient, the systems they build to be more resilient, and the organizations they work for more agile,” said Aleyner. “The opportunities that AtomicJar has in front of them are enormous, and I look forward to working with the team to achieve them.”
