Shields Health Solutions to Present Poster on Diabetes Care Model at AACE Annual Meeting

ShieldsRx achieved positive outcomes with pharmacy liaison-managed diabetes care

STOUGHTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Shields Health Solutions (ShieldsRx), the premier specialty pharmacy accelerator in the country, announced today that Lillian Piz, Manager of Population Health at ShieldsRx, will present a poster on the effectiveness of its pharmacy liaison-managed diabetes care model at the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology (AACE) Annual Meeting.

The AACE Annual Meeting features state-of-the-art-lectures, advanced learning experiences, engaging sessions, expert panel discussions and abstracts for experts from the field of endocrinology to convene and collaborate. It attracts a range of medical professionals from clinical endocrinology that includes endocrinologists, cardiologists, nephrologists, gastroenterologists, primary care physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, medical students, residents and fellows in training.
