Atwell Hires New Director of Marketing and Growth

Based in Tampa, Florida, she will lead a team of marketing and communications professionals to define and develop nationwide marketing and communication objectives, strategies, and tactics to strategically position and grow the Atwell brand and family of companies, RVi Planning and Landscape Architecture and Strategic Construction Solutions.

With 20 years of strategic marketing and communications experience, Matera has helped develop and lead annual business planning and targeted account growth plans for a top 10 global design firm. Working with a team and business leadership, she has developed communication objectives, strategies, and tactics to achieve increased market share and improved brand positioning in target growth markets. She’s experienced in identifying new and emerging market opportunities, developing and executing multi-channel positioning campaigns across all client touchpoints, and winning work through unique and compelling sales messages.
