Wilkerson set to bring 20+ years of insurance and risk management leadership to Blackpoint

ELLICOTT CITY, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Blackpoint Cyber, a leading technology-focused cybersecurity company, announced a key expansion in its cyber insurance leadership team. The company appointed J. Chris Wilkerson as VP of Blackpoint RISK & Head of Insurance.

Wilkerson began his cyber brokerage career with Marsh McLennan where he managed a book of pre- and post-IPO technology companies. Over the next 20 years, his experience led him to managing large-scale risk initiatives for various global Fortune 50 corporations during his tenures with McGriff and EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants. Most recently for EPIC’s Greyling division, Wilkerson’s leadership drove the firm’s strategies in both cybersecurity and financial risk.
