WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CallMiner, the leading provider of conversation intelligence to drive business improvement, today announced the appointment of Rachel Simone as Chief Information Officer (CIO).

For the last three years, Simone has served as CallMiner’s Vice President of Enterprise Applications and Technology, building the company’s information systems and supporting a growing network of employees.
