Sensorion Publishes Results of Extraordinary General Meeting Resolutions

Sensorion (FR0012596468 – ALSEN) (Paris:ALSEN) a pioneering clinical-stage biotechnology company which specializes in the development of novel therapies to restore, treat and prevent within the field of hearing loss disorders, announces today the results of resolutions presented at its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), held in-person, on April 14, 2022 and made them available on the dedicated section of its website.

All resolutions recommended by the Board and submitted to the Extraordinary General Meeting, held in-person on April 14, 2022 were adopted. 63% of the capital was present and represented.
