Ryan Names Bill Jones, Former General Counsel to the Office of the Governor of the State of Texas, to the Firm’s Board of Managers

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ryan, a leading global tax services and software provider, announced that Bill Jones has been named to the Ryan Board of Managers. He becomes the eleventh member of the Ryan Board of Managers and seventh executive member from outside the Firm.

Jones is the former general counsel to the Office of the Governor of the State of Texas for Governor Rick Perry from December 2000 to November 2003. He is also the principal and owner of The Jones Firm, a public law and government relations firm in Austin.

Jones earned his Juris Doctor degree from Baylor Law School and his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.
