Relation Insurance Services Acquires the Assets of BRK Insurance Group, LLC

Relation enters the New Orleans marketplace with the acquisition of BRK

WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Relation Insurance Services (“Relation”), one of the largest and fastest-growing national insurance agencies, announced today it acquired the assets of Louisiana-based BRK Insurance Group (“BRK”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

BRK provides employee benefits and commercial lines insurance solutions to clients throughout Louisiana and is headquartered in New Orleans, LA. Rick Grubb will continue to lead BRK, and the agency will fold into Relation’s Central Region.
