Paul Lynch Joins Cadmus as Chief Operating Officer

WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cadmus, a leading provider of technical and strategic expertise to governments, energy utilities, and private sector companies worldwide, announced that Paul Lynch has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Lynch will be responsible for Cadmus’ organizational execution, program delivery, continuous improvement process, quality management system, operational due diligence and acquisition integration, and corporate services. He will also collaborate with other members of the executive team on strategy development and execution and on growth planning.

Lynch has more than two decades of experience leading progressively larger organizations in the consulting space, with particular concentrations on digital transformation and public health. Most recently, he led operations for the public sector operating group at ICF.
