CentralSquare Expands and Solidifies Its Executive Leadership for Continued Growth

New Chief Product Officer, Vice President of Corporate Development, and Independent Board Member will advance CentralSquare’s mission to build smarter, safer communities

LAKE MARY, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CentralSquare Technologies, an industry leader in public sector technology, announced the appointment of Dara Brenner as its Chief Product Officer (CPO), Weston Helms as its Vice President (VP) of Corporate Development and Janet Haugen, former Chief Financial Officer of Unisys, as a new independent member of the Board of Directors. This expansion of CentralSquare’s executive leadership strengthens the company’s position as a leading government technology provider of innovative solutions for efficient citizen delivery and informed decision making.

Before joining CentralSquare, Brenner served as Vice President at UKG and led Human Capital Management and HR/Talent product teams at Ultimate Software and EQUIFAX. Brenner has over 25 years of experience as an HR, talent, and product leader, overseeing teams focused on innovative technologies such as search, mobile, social, user experience and analytics.

As VP of Corporate Development, Helms will lead the company’s strategic growth initiatives, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), partnerships, and investments.

In his previous role, Helms served as Vice President and Lead of Wolf Den Associates’ Transaction Advisory practice where he led clients through complex aerospace, defense, and government services acquisitions, divestitures, M&A strategy, and post-merger integration efforts. Earlier, he completed over $20B in transaction value across more than 25 global IT, Professional Services, and Technology M&A transactions as an integral Corporate Development leader for Computer Sciences Corporation and CSRA.
