Haug Partners LLP Joins Leadership Council on Legal Diversity
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Haug Partners LLP is pleased to announce that it has joined the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the legal profession. Managing Partner Sandra Kuzmich will serve as the firm’s Executive Committee representative to LCLD.
Partner Laura Chubb has been named a member of the 2022 class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows Program and associates Tiffany Jang and Camille Turner have been named members of the 2022 class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinder Program. These programs are dedicated to encouraging diversity and inclusion through a generation of leadership-oriented attorneys.
Laura has been selected for the LCLD Fellows Program for her commitment to leadership and relationship-building throughout her career, as well as her investment in attorney mentoring and professional development. It is an intensive, yearlong professional development program that mentors the legal industry’s diverse leaders of tomorrow. Designed for lawyers with eight to 15 years of experience, the program connects high-potential attorneys with leading general counsel and managing partners, and their peers for mentoring and career guidance.
Tiffany and Camille have been identified as diverse, early-career emerging leaders who have distinguished themselves at Haug Partners. The LCLD Pathfinder Program is a seven-month professional program designed to train high-performing, early-career attorneys on foundational leadership and relationship-building. Both will have opportunities to interact and network with their peers, both in person and in a virtual format and will each have mentorship with a Program Facilitator to help connect what they learn in the program to the organization at which they work.
