RevUnit Promotes Danny Estavillo to Chief Revenue Officer and Tabitha McFadden to Chief People Officer

Estavillo and McFadden provide substantial expertise that drives growth for teams and impact for clients

BENTONVILLE, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RevUnit, a data and analytics product development company, today announced the promotions of Danny Estavillo to chief revenue officer (CRO), and Tabitha McFadden to chief people officer (CPO). The promotions position RevUnit for continued health and momentum across business development, client experience, marketing, team culture, recruiting, and client delivery.

“Danny and Tabitha’s contributions have been immense, and they deserve this recognition,” said Michael Paladino, RevUnit CEO. “Danny has been an amazing growth leader for us since he joined the team a little over a year ago, and so much of our current culture is a direct result of Tabitha’s efforts. I’m confident that under their leadership, our teams are positioned for the next level of growth.”

In his role as CRO, Estavillo will bring his industry expertise and leadership skills to level-up internal teams and drive growth across new and existing clients. Estavillo joined RevUnit in 2020 as senior vice president, business development before quickly being promoted to senior vice president, growth. Prior to joining RevUnit, Estavillo served in a variety of growth-centric roles at organizations such as Nerdery, Verizon, Target and Guaranteed Rate.

“My passion lies, ultimately, in driving a culture of growth and client-centricity across our organization that results in long-term, elastic relationships,” said Estavillo. “In 2022, we’re expanding our capabilities and doubling down on data-centric product development as a Google Cloud Partner, which will provide lasting business value for our clients.”

As CPO, McFadden will continue her leadership across RevUnit’s human resources, administrative, and delivery functions. McFadden’s care of people and focus on organizational development will help RevUnit’s employees continue to grow professionally while delivering high-quality client work. McFadden joined RevUnit in 2013 as a product owner, quickly moving into leadership positions in talent development and people operations.

“We’ve built such a strong culture focused around our values. I’m honored to foster our employee experience to help people belong and thrive here,” said McFadden. “One of the primary ways we’ll do that is with additional investment into high-growth individuals — through customized training and continuing to bring in intriguing client work.”
