Lan joins TrueNorth with over 15 years of experience in management consulting, and leading cross-functional teams in the areas such as strategic planning, business development, process improvement, change management, and large organizational and IT transformation initiatives. Prior to joining TrueNorth, Lan was a consultant at PwC, a leading global professional services network and considered one of the Big Four accounting firms, where she led the strategy and development of system implementations, spearheaded the delivery of new business processes and transformation initiatives for clients across Financial Services, Government, and Healthcare industries. In her new role at TrueNorth, Lan will focus on collaborating with the senior executive team to understand how to leverage learnings from 2021's rapid growth, address operational challenges and identify opportunities to allow for the next stage of expansion.
