Cornerstone Names Srinivasa Ogireddy Chief Technology Officer

Cloud technology leader to drive accelerated innovation and technical excellence as Cornerstone enters its next stage of growth

SANTA MONICA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc., a leader in adaptive HR solutions, announced today the appointment of Srinivasa (Srini) Ogireddy as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Ogireddy will be responsible for advancing the company’s technology strategy and reinforcing its high-growth environment for the rapid delivery of innovative cloud solutions to Cornerstone’s 6,000 customers worldwide. Ogireddy succeeds Cornerstone veteran Mark Goldin, who is retiring from the company this month.

Ogireddy has over 25 years of technology expertise and leadership with a focus on building highly effective distributed teams in the areas of application architecture, product development, quality assurance and technology operations. A tenured HCM and cloud technology leader, he joined Cornerstone two years ago as the Executive Vice President, Engineering, Platform & Cloud following the acquisition of Saba.

Prior to joining Cornerstone, Ogireddy served as the CTO of Saba Software, which was acquired by Cornerstone in 2020. He was the driving force behind Saba’s successful transition to a cloud-based talent management business. Before Saba, he served as Vice President of Product Development and Delivery at Coremetrics (an IBM Company) and was a Software Architect at Engineers India Ltd. (EIL). Ogireddy earned a Bachelor’s of Engineering with honors in Mechanical Engineering from BITS, Pilani, and a Master's in Computer Applications from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi.
