Avita Pharmacy Acquires Two Specialty Pharmacies

National leader in 340B pharmacy expands in California with community pharmacy model to better serve patients seeking HIV care and prevention services

PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Avita Pharmacy (“Avita”), a leading national pharmacy services organization, has completed the acquisition of two Southern California-based HIV-focused pharmacies. On February 1, 2022, Avita acquired the Garden Grove, California and Mission Viejo, California Advantage Healthcare Services (“Advantage”) pharmacies.

The acquired pharmacies serve over 5,000 patients and nearly 2,000 HIV lives across 300+ provider network locations and nine Covered Entity partners.
