She has held senior-level positions with established home and apparel retailers such as Pottery Barn, Gap Inc., and Levi Strauss & Co. Lamont brings deep merchandising expertise, from assortment analysis and brand strategy to product development and partnerships, and is well known for her inspirational approach to leadership and signature ability to launch new, highly profitable business categories.
