Great Hill Partners Announces Promotions

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Great Hill Partners, a private equity firm that invests in high-growth, disruptive companies, today announced the promotions of Craig Byrnes to Managing Director and Chris Govey to Principal.

Mr. Byrnes, who joined Great Hill in 2013, has helped lead five investments and three exits across a variety of sectors, including healthcare technology, software, and technology-enabled services. Recently, he helped spearhead Great Hill’s investment in IVX Health where he serves as a Board Observer. Mr. Byrnes also helped lead the firm’s investments in several other companies, including Qualifacts, RxBenefits, Quantum Health and Vatica Health.

Mr. Govey joined Great Hill in 2017 and focuses on the digital infrastructure and software sectors. He played a significant role in recent investments, including Domino Data Lab, eloomi and Examity, and also served as a Board Director for Reflexis Systems prior to its acquisition by Zebra Technologies.
