ICL Awarded Prestigious Gold Medal by EcoVadis

Rating recognizes ICL in top 5% of 75,000 companies

TEL AVIV, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ICL (NYSE: ICL) (TASE: ICL), a leading global specialty minerals company, today announced it has been awarded the prestigious gold medal rating by EcoVadis, for the first time, meaning it is ranked in the top 5% out of 75,000 rated suppliers.

EcoVadis is the world’s largest and most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings, and procurement teams at more than 600 global companies use these ratings to make purchasing decisions every day. The assessment is across four themes – environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement – and evaluates how well a company has integrated the principles of sustainability into its business. The methodology is built on international sustainability standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative, the United Nations Global Compact, and the ISO 26000, and covers more than 200 categories and 160 countries.
