GetSwift Appoints Michael Willetts as Chief Financial Officer

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GetSwift Technologies Limited ("GetSwift" or the "Corporation"; NEO: “GSW”), is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Willetts as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), effective December 15, 2021. Mr. Willetts is currently a financial consultant to, and the Corporate Secretary of, GetSwift and will succeed Rob Bardunias, who has served as both CFO and Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) of GetSwift since the listing of GetSwift’s common shares on the NEO Exchange in January 2021. Mr. Bardunias will continue in his role as COO, providing critical oversight and direction to GetSwift’s operations.
