Mr. Willetts is currently a financial consultant to, and the Corporate Secretary of, GetSwift and will succeed Rob Bardunias, who has served as both CFO and Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) of GetSwift since the listing of GetSwift’s common shares on the NEO Exchange in January 2021. Mr. Bardunias will continue in his role as COO, providing critical oversight and direction to GetSwift’s operations.
