Based in Phoenix, Walter will design and deploy strategic employee benefits solutions for a diverse array of regional and national clients with a targeted expertise in cost containment and self-funded programs.

Prior to joining Alliant, Walter was Senior Vice President-Benefits Consulting with a national insurance brokerage and consulting firm. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arizona. Walter also served as a Cryptologic Linguist with the United States Air Force.
