Douglas Blagdon Resigns From the Board of IDC

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On December 2, 2021 Douglas Blagdon informed the Board of International Dispensing Corporation (ticker: IDND) that he has resigned as a Director to pursue other interests.
