3Phase Elevator and Headrick Elevator Announce Merger

Headrick joins the 3Phase family of independent operators, bolstering the company’s presence in Pittsburgh

CANTON, Mass. & PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--3Phase Elevator, a leading independent elevator and escalator services provider, today announced that it has merged with Headrick Elevator, a company that provides similar services in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. The merger enables 3Phase to continue to grow its service offerings across Pennsylvania. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headrick Elevator, a family-owned and operated company, has had a singular focus on providing its customers the highest level of service. As fourth generation owners, Susan and Steven Headrick have maintained and grown the company’s strong reputation on which the company was founded nearly 100 years ago. The existing Headrick team, led by Susan and Steven, will remain in place and the company will continue to service customers under the Headrick Elevator brand.
