Lithko Contracting, LLC Announces Asset Acquisition of Frontline Concrete, Inc.

WEST CHESTER, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lithko Contracting, LLC (“Lithko”), a leading national concrete contractor, along with their equity partners The Pritzker Organization and DNS Capital, announced that on December 1, 2021, they acquired assets of Frontline Concrete, Inc. (“Frontline”).

Frontline offers award-winning expertise in concrete construction with a focus on safety and quality. The company specializes in tilt-up panels, foundations, slab on grade, pre-construction services, and sitework.

With 200 skilled coworkers, Frontline is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and serves both commercial and residential clients throughout the state. The company prioritizes safety, value, performance, and exceeding client expectations for each project.
