Messagepoint Announces OEM Agreement with Sefas

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Messagepoint announced today that it has entered into a global OEM partnership with Sefas. Messagepoint will leverage Sefas Designer’s communications composition capabilities in Messagepoint Composer, a new add-on module to the Messagepoint platform. In addition, the enterprise communications processing (ECP) capabilities available in the Sefas Harmonie Communications Suite and the digital archive product will be offered through an add-on module called Messagepoint ECP to provide communications processing, delivery, tracking and archiving capabilities.

Messagepoint is an AI-powered content hub that enables non-technical business users to author and manage complex customer communications, eliminating their reliance on IT teams to program layouts, content and data feeds in legacy customer communications management (CCM) solutions. With the introduction of Messagepoint Composer, Messagepoint seamlessly adds powerful composition capabilities to its platform and empowers those non-technical business users with control over the composition template. Messagepoint Composer not only simplifies and accelerates the process of bringing critical customer communications to market, it also reduces the cost and complexity of managing these powerful systems.

“Through the OEM partnership with Sefas, Messagepoint now offers best of breed capabilities to support the entire customer communications lifecycle from content migration, optimization, authoring and management to communications composition, production and post-production,” said Steve Biancaniello, CEO of Messagepoint. “The combination of Sefas’ high performance, enterprise-class solutions with Messagepoint’s market-leading content hub is a game-changer for the CCM market. Now organizations needing a CCM system can turn to one powerful solution and, in doing so, increase their agility and responsiveness to customers while reducing cost and complexity.”

Bruno Henry, president of Sefas North America, said, “We are excited about offering the market a totally integrated solution through this partnership with Messagepoint. Together we offer the most complete solution in the CCM market.”

Messagepoint is used by leading brands in financial services, insurance and healthcare sectors to manage personalized, and often regulated, customer communications. Messagepoint ECP leverages Sefas’ high-performance production, orchestration and post-composition solutions. These capabilities give customers control and visibility across the process of generating communications and into what is being delivered to whom, via which channels and when, while also keeping an archive to meet regulatory requirements.

Messagepoint also offers connectors to leading CCM and digital delivery solutions, including Quadient Inspire, OpenText Exstream, Doxee and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. In providing these connectors, Messagepoint helps its customers leverage existing investments in legacy CCM software and communications management tools while still taking advantage of Messagepoint’s powerful content hub and enterprise communications processing capabilities.

Messagepoint Composer and Messagepoint ECP are now generally available. For more information, contact Messagepoint at sales@messagepoint.com.
