BILLERICA, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bruker Corporation (Nasdaq: BRKR) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved payment of a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.04 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on December 17, 2021 to stockholders of record as of December 1, 2021.
In addition, the Board approved the Company’s plan to increase its annual cash dividend from $0.16 to $0.20, payable quarterly beginning in March 2022, subject to quarterly Board approval.
